Personal information is collected for the sole purpose of verifying your creditworthiness, to assist in arranging the financing best suited to your needs. This information may be shared with potential lenders and investors for the sole purpose of arranging financing. We may also request documentation to confirm your identity so that we may accurately process your mortgage application. Unless permitted or required to do so by law or legal process, we will not share your personal information with any third party (except as indicated above) without your consent.

Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), an individual is entitled to access the personal information held about them. We will honour any request you may make to have access to or review your personal information that we have obtained, as referred to above.
